FAITH NURSERY/PRIMARY SCHOOLS.
On this page, you can see photographs of our nursery and primary school. We teach up to forty plus children, from age 3 to 6. After they leave us, the children enter primary school.
The teachers are the pastor's wife and the church administrator. The pastor's wife is the head of theschool. The school used to be held in the church building. Unfortunately, many of the muslim parents do
not want their children taught in a church building and so we now have to hold the school in the pastor's
house. Here, all the children have to sit in a six feet wide corridor outside the house (see photo below).
This is a valuable ministry in the Gambia, which is 95% muslim. We are able to give these children of muslim
parents a Christian education and show them God's love and God's Word from a young age.
You can support our ministry to these children with your prayers and by helping us to buy our own plot of
land to build and equip the school and the church. You can also sponsor a child at the school for between £10
and £20 per month. £10 per month pays for the child's fees. A uniform costs about £15 and there are other costs
as well, so a regular sponsorship of £10 to £20 is a great help for the parents of a poor child.
